Toilet leaking from tank to bowl gasket. Toilet is solid to the floor. Recommend Rekit toilet at minimum. Water pressure showing 90 psi. Found two pressure regulators, one for cold side on whole home shutoff, and other on line for water heater. One water heater is 7 years old, the other is a buffer tank which has valves shutting it down. Ac line condensing, ruined drywall ceiling. Recommending heating and air, and restoration companies.
