Checked for a leak from a tub in the guest bathroom. Determined the source of the leak was the overflow that hadn't been properly sealed. Resealed the overflow and everything works great. Happy customer in Burke.
Snaking a clogged main sewer line for a customer in Burke.
This customer found her washing machine leaking water into the washing machine tub which wasn't draining. We had to run a cable camera down their main line and found a big problem. Our team of expert plumbers snaked the main sewer line and solved the problem.

This is why you let plumbers do plumbing and flooring guys do floors. This toilet flange was way to low and they attempted to use (2) wax rings and tighten it too much. Now the floor has to be removed and drywall below.
Found a shower pan that definitely wasn’t properly repaired. The subfloor is toast.
Bad shower pan replacement where they didn’t replace all of the subfloor and left a section that had lots of old water damage. Unfortunately the tile will have to be removed and the pan, new subfloor, then reinstall everything! It’s an expensive repair for something that would have only cost 20 bucks when it was done initially.
Leak through ceiling from a shower pan install, the plywood sub floor looks like termites were working on it. Unfortunately that’s not the case, it was an old pan problem acne when replaced they didn’t replace all the subfloor.
