I had a serious trip hazard in a heavy traffic area in my front sidewalk leading to my house. It was a real concern. It’s no longer a problem thanks to Bay Area Underpinning. A couple other smaller problems were addressed as well as my front porch step which was pulling away from the house. It was very easy working with Brian. Also his crew of Brian and Joe.

Just finalized recently completed 7 resistance pier project with 5 new support posts, to stabilize the foundation and level the floor.
Lifted and filled void under porch with polyurethane foam .
Properly mounted model 300 earth contact products push pier bracket. Once the grout has dried next is drilling bolting and driving the pier to load bearing strata.
