The office called and sent email reminders about the appointment. Armando showed up exactly on time and called to say he was on his way an hr earlier. He started the visit by really listening to all of the concerns I had. (This is a rarity as so many contractors immediately start talking over clients, especially women.) He thoroughly mapped my house, made measurements and crawled all around my foundation. He showed me photos and explained what he found. Most impressive was the fact that he told me that I only had minor issues and the job wouldn't meet the minimum cost of their firm (specializing in major foundation repair). He siad it was the company ethic to let clients know this and suggested I call back my original foundation guy after telling me that he had done a fantastic job originally. He also made a suggestion for additional guttering to ameliorate some moisture in one corner of my property. So refreshing to get an honest assessment. I am most impressed with them! Note I am rating price as excellent even though I will not be using their services since they were honest about the job being too small to justify their minimum job pricing.
