Today we are completing a foundation repair project in San Antonio. We installed 20 steel piers to primarily support the front of her house that was settling due to run off water. We successfully lifted the house 1 1/4 inches!
We had a successful stabilization of this foundation! We had to cut through rebar and work around landscaping, but we will always rise to the occasion. Fourteen piers were successfully installed and this homeowner doesn't need to worry about settlement anymore. Well done to the crew.

The biggest challenge in this foundation repair project is to not over lift the foundation and cause more damage. One corner of the house is sinking 4 inches, but we'll install 14 steel piers to stabilize the house and prevent further settlement. We'll keep you updated!
