Continuing our waterproofing project out in Helotes, TX. We are installing a French drain to direct pooling water away from the house. This will help prevent further foundation issues. In the photo, you can see the trench the crews have dug to install the drain.
We started a waterproofing project today for Ms. Stagner. They have a basement and when it rains, the water leaks into their basement rooms. Water damage like this is dangerous to the foundation, structure of the home and air quality. We'll install a French drain to direct water away from the house and install a waterproofing membrane on the exterior concrete beam. You can see in the photo the area we are already digging and blocking off to install the products.
Starting a new foundation repair project this week. We are installing 15 steel piers. We'll keep the place clean and work around this rainy weather!
