Today we completed one of our larger commercial projects of the year so far: Stabilizing the Bartz Ranch pool. Once all the piers were installed, it took a week and a half to lift the pool 1/2 an inch. Not a huge lift, but it was primarily to stabilize the pool and prevent it from shifting off the hill. Well done to the crews!

Continuing our project here at the Bartz Ranch Apartments. Now that the pool has been completely drained, we can begin doing our "breakouts" in which we break thru the concrete to install the supporting steel piers. We previously repaired the foundation of the leasing office and we're so proud they selected us to continue working with them to stabilize the pool!
We're continuing an interesting foundation repair project on an apartment pool. It sits on a slope and we are using steel piers to stabilize it. This week we've been draining the pool and will continue the pier installation and repairs!
