Craig and his team showed up on time and communicated with me through the whole process explaining what was going on and the options I had to install the drain system in my basement. It was a rainy day but I could not have been more pleased with how clean they kept the house as they had to make several trips in and out to remove the old concrete and pour new concrete over the drain tile. They worked hard and were done right about when he estimated they would be. I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family or friends.

Exterior Basement Waterproofing Service: To address a residential client's concerns about water infiltration in the basement of their home, I performed an exterior basement waterproofing service. This involved applying a durable waterproof membrane to the exterior basement walls and installing an advanced drainage system to redirect water away from the foundation. By taking these measures, I ensured a more secure and consistently dry basement for the homeowner, enhancing the overall protection of the property against water-related issues.
Sump pump installation. Customer was having a regular issue with basement flooding and wanted to address it. Advised of other interior waterproofing options to help avoid future problems.
Foundation repair visit. Customer had noted some cracks/shifting in their door frames that suggested the home was settling a bit too much. Checked foundation and found numerous areas of concern; performed foundation repair.
indoor waterproofing service call. Customer's basement was regularly having too much water, so scheduled sump pump installation to help move water away from the basement. Discussed further interior waterproofing options with customer.
Indoor waterproofing visit. Customer's crawlspace had recently been repair and this was a follow up visit to install better waterproofing to prevent future issues.
