Upon arrival found burnt wire connection near the compressor and also found restriction on the capillary tube of Prep Table. Repaired the wiring connection and tried to fix the restriction problem on the capillary tube by heating the tubing while flowing nitrogen gas throughout the system. Charged unit to manufacturer's spec. Started the unit and watched unit's operating pressure. Unit still show sign of restriction in the capillary tube, but it is working better than before. Talked to chef and explained what I did and will return to do a follow up next week. 6/15/2020 Returned to do a follow up on the unit. Customer is not on site. Look through the window and found the old unit was replaced by a new unit. I told customer that i have done everything I can to save old unit when i was here the last time. If it is still not cooling properly , then he will needs to buy a new unit. Talked to Rich D and explained everything to him, he said he will adjust the bill later.
