Found Grill unit with very low flame and right hand valves not working, replaced regulator and gas valves, tested, found okay at this time. Will send quotes for new unit.
Found CLE Skillet motor running but not enough to overcome weight attempted to get motor to work, could not. Will need to quote replacement of motor.
checked Vulcan oven found temp controller and temp prob, will need to be replaced. Called Vulcan, talked to Mike and got part numbers prob is 753589-1 controller is 913149 2/22/18 changed out temp controller and temp probe cycle oven, found no other issues at this time.
found warming cabinet unit set to hold, set temp at 80*F, checked actual temp, found 312*F. checked hold and cook t-stats and contactor. fond hold t-stat stuck closed, will obtain and return to replace. 12-15-17 replaced thermostat, checked operation found okay at this time.
pulled cover and found both rear contactors are burnt and need replaced on kettle. Will obtain all 3 contactors to replace. 11-14-17 replaced 3 contactors, tested found operating ok at this time. **travel time and mileage billed on wo# 144335**
Found oven unit not lighting. Found spark cable burnt off, replaced with truck stock, found still doesn't work. Found module sparks but not pilot assy. Will need to order cable and pilot assy. 9-28-17 replaced ignitor and wire, found oven would not light. Checked solenoid valve and it is working. Found module is getting correct voltage but not sparking enough. will obtain module and return to replace. 10/4/17 installed new module, had same issue. Found pilot assy not in correctly, adjusted, found lights okay with no issue. Let heat and cycle, found unit okay at this time.
Removed old ignitor and installed new one. Started unit and let heat to temperature. Unit okay at this time. Charging for part only
