checked left unit found bottom Steamer timer stuck at 4 min. and top cabinet not getting enough steam have two units running on one steam line. turned regulator all the way down. did increase steam coming out of stack. if still not steaming enough told Chris there maintenance will have to give you more steam from remote boiler or replace regulator. Will obtain timer and return. unit is operational but requires part. 10/28/19 turned steam off for both steamers and disconnected left unit from steam line. pushed unit over to left to get control panel off. removed old timer and replaced with new. hooked everything back up and set timer to 5 min. unit timed down and shut off. when I first turned on steam blew out of pop off. checked all 4 and up they were popping off. adjusted regulator for steam to 10 psi. unit operational job complete
Removed top cover on Crescor warming cabinet, checked heat element drawing approx 7.8 amps. Checked hi limit is good unit is heating but blower motor is seized need new blower motor Blower kit #0769-182-K 208-240v 6/5/18 Installed new blower. Set to 190 degrees. Let heat to temp. Blower working okay. Temp aT 190 degrees. Back in Service.
Found line from junction block to thermostat was burned in half. Replaced entire wire. Reassembled. Turned on, Right side heated. Unit in use.
20A fuse in heat circ blown on dishwasher. Element closest to front of machine shorted to assembly @ drain. Other element is badly warped as well. Per customer okay to replace both. QWP (expedited freight) for Monday. Replaced elements. Crimped new connector on wires. Replaced fuse. Unit ran a short tome and blew fuse. Blew 3 more fuses until I found the problem. Rinse solenoid coil was shorting out. Had another coil and put it on for temp use. Will order correct valve/solenoid. -- Customer said unit running fine and not to change. Still wanted valve to keep on hand for their own stock.
Service Work PO # 119436-Vulcan Electric Convection Top Oven Service Performed 7/1/15 Stu Found fuse blown. Replaced and checked amp draw on elements- ok. Door switch bad. Unit runs with doors open. Will order door switch. Jacob also wanted bottom oven calibrated. Knob not correct one. Had to change marks on knob. Calibrated bottom. Top also needs cooling fan. 7/9/15 Stu Returned and installed door switch. Unit working properly. 411496-f1 Switch/Door SC15 Fuse
