2/7/22 - Tested toaster oven. Found thermostats for upper and lower elements not adjusting temperature properly. Will order new thermostats and return to install. Returned to location on 2/10/22 - Returned with parts removed side panel and bracket holding in infinite switches. Removed bottom infinite switch and replaced wire for wire on new switch. Did the same for the top infinite switch and put bracket/panel back in place, plugged unit in and tested operation had 7 amps per leg and would cycle off when temp was reached and kicked back on when temp was called for. All ok
Cleaned and sanitized IOM Ice Machine unit, Dropped one batch of ice, unit is working properly at this time
per customer all spray heads continually drip water. Tried to clean one, but still dripping and seat corroded. will need complete brew valve replacement. 10-31-19 returned with parts. removed old brew solenoids and installed new brew solenoids. checked operation by brewing with unit. operation okay and found no leaks. customer would like parts for server sent to location. 1= BU00600.1000 = cup seats.
Found unit has 3 error codes. Compressor was not running. Spoke with Franke to verify issue. E1, E2, E3 and Franke says to replace controller and temp probe. Customer wants QWP (expedited freight) shipping. Ken @ Franke ID'd parts. Controller #18006127 and Probe #19004769 Note: Missed cut off time for order to be placed today. 12/12/16 Replaced temperature probe and controller. Set for 0 to -12 deg per Franke Foods. Unit is cycling on/off. Manager did air and surface check before I left.
