Arrived at location on 5/4/22 - Stated center pressure fryer is down. Unit will not light. Unit has new gas valve. Checked over, inspected gas valve and ignitor. Found hot surface ignitor is broken. Light pilot manually and main burner will kick on. Bad ignitor. Will obtain and return. Returned to location on 5/5/22 - Removed pilot assembly and replace ignitor on pilot, reinstall pilot, connect new ignitor wiring to gas valve and zip tie extra wiring. Test, pilot now lights with hot surface ignitor. Allow fryer to heat and cycle, is operational. Ok for use.
Arrived at location on 8/11/21 - Wash pump not running. Pulled top cover off. Found overload tripped, reset overload. Drained tanks, inspected wash pump intake, nothing jammed, able to turn motor by hand. There was a measuring spoon and spoon inside tank, but not jammed inside motor impeller. Did turn impeller by hand a few times, did also start to spin more freely. Likely something minor gumming up impeller on motor. Run unit, started running at 9 amps, then after a minute got down to 4.5 amps, proper running load of wash pump motor. Run several times, amping correctly. Reassemble. Ok for use.
Arrived at location on 8/2/21 - shut down right rational. Removed covers and removed generator. Inspect, very little scale build up, descale lightly. Flush generator and reinstall into unit, reassemble, test ok for use. Repeat process for other rationals. All generators had very minimal scale build up in generators. All units ok for use.
Arrived at location on 7/13/21 - inspected unit. Found both ir burners to be in poor condition. Unit would light and go out and then intermittently have delayed ignition. Turned off gas shut off to unit. Top left behind shelf. Will obtain replacement burners and return. Parts to be ordered qwp approval from Richard. Unit down to prevent use. Returned to location on 7/15/21 - Arrived on site and installed replacement burners. Tested unit and now have proper functions. Unit ok for use
Found WOE Oven unit in use upon arrival. said I just stopped heating at one point yesterday but ok today. I checked and found gas pressure low at 2.77 I did increase it to 3.5 and checked millivolts were low at 1.2 to 1.4 I did clean the flame sensor and pilot but still low, I will obtain a pilot and return. 2/05/2021 Arrived, turned oven off. unplugged. disassemble burner assembly. remove and install new pilot assembly. replace pilot tubing as well. reassemble. turn on and test, microamps around 2. allow to heat to setpoint. check bypass, temps are steady. ok for use.
Bottom turbo chef oven. found units left blower motor is bad, not turning on. found voltage to the heat aliment but no amperage, heat elements are bad, will also need relays. I will quote repairs, could not reach turbo chef - I was on hold for 45 minutes. I will try to get part numbers again. will return.
arrived. Oven unit was off, checked amp draw on mags and had only 9 amps. removed primary voltage from HV transformer to see which side was bad. checked cap and diode and were OK. check HV transformer and was OK. replaced rear mag and now have 15 amp draw on mag circuit. taped in mags reassembled unit and heated. had customer cook in unit. OK for use.
Reach-In Cooler Unit was off and had no power. Checked and found breaker tripped. Turned unit on and everything ran and got to temperature. Amp draw and charge were fine. Tried to restart several times to check starting amps. One time i did see a spark. Suspect starting components are wearing and sometimes tripping the breaker. Emailed united refrigeration to order and give me an ETA. Did not want to use a 3n1 since its a Danfoss compressor.
Arrived. descaled all hot wells. rinsed and flushed after words. descaled dishwasher. ran unit while descaled was in unit. drained and flushed out. OK for use. also delimed steamer. very minimal scale was found In generator. after descaling generator was clean. flushed unit and wiped out cavities. OK for use. will return to check over rationals. 1/29/20 Returned. visually inspected generators on rational ovens. all are clean. no need to delime. okay for use.
on site, found noisy contactor on rear set fryer, far left fish vat. heat contactor is noisy. will order and return. 12/20/19 arrived, shut off fryer, pull out and unplug. disassemble unit to remove contactor box from left side of unit. with contactor box removed, replace heat contactor for left split of left vat. reassemble. plug in. turn on, no noise from contactor now. heating well. OK for use.
Reach-In Cooler, salad cooler unit was unplugged when I arrived. Found wire not connected. Repaired wiring. Unit is down to temperature. ***mileage and travel on work order #180227***
Dropped Heat lamp socket unit down, broken socket was already gone. Replaced with new, made new wire connections, reassembled unit and tested. Unit is okay for use.
Arrived. customer stated Dishwasher unit not coming up to temp. Found booster supplied with 110. Unit is a 40 degree rise. Customer raised the temp of the hot water heater. booster is now supplied with 140. Also found wash contactor not pulling in. Did have coil voltage. Replaced contactor with new wash temp, now heats to 155. Ran unit, rinse temp comes up to180 after 3-5 cycles. Unit is okay for use.
Arrived, removed front two wheels, made shims to raise front. Installed shims and reinstall wheels. check level, front now sits slightly higher, drains better. okay ** No charge travel and miles per Service Manager
Took call while on site. Fryer-Electric unit not filtering. Checked and found all three drains clogged, was able to get them free and filter all vats. Also cleaned out drain pan really well. Disposed oil in first vat per Ashley's request and filled with fresh oil. Unit is okay for use. *******Travel on WO162776
