Found Walk-In Freezer unit a little low on refrigerant due to a leak caused by a loose flare nut on the inlet of the receiver. I tightened the nut and the leak stopped. I added refrigerant and the temp is dropping. I noticed the defrost timer motor was noisy and the dial was a stiff to turn, so I replaced it as well. Box is at 0 degrees and dropping.
checked Steamer unit and found that one of the terminals was coming off the contractor and wasn't making good contact. re-secured it on the contractor and tested. the unit is cycling on off and its draining as it should be.
checked out Dishwasher unit and found that unit is saying door open. checked magnet switch and found that sometimes it will ohm open then close, with a magnet next to it, it will. will obtain new magnet and door switch. note: when installing door magnet, might have to bend door back into place. 4-23-19 returned with parts. removed old door switch and magnet and installed new door switch and magnet. checked operation by running unit, okay.
Checked Oven unit, found that wasn't lit. Lit oven and let unit come up to temp. Lit pilots on flat top and let unit heat up 300 and cycle. Right side of flat top was temping out at 180-200 when set at 300 degrees, left side okay. All temps were within 5-10 degrees. right side with need thermostats. will order and return. 1-31-19 Came in with parts. removed old ones and put new t-stats and electrode and found the button on the ignitor is cracked so will order new button and return. the steamer door needs adjusted when we came back. checked operation, okay. 2-8-19 Returned with part. Removed old quick liter and installed new. Checked operation and calibrated all thermostats. Checked all operation, okay.
Verified customer concern. Unit not cooling. Checked condenser , fan running but compressor not starting and very hot and kicking off on over load. Found wires burnt to compressor. Ohmed out compressor G-R shorted. compressor bad. Found compressor only under warranty. Customer responsible for labor and misc. Compressor not in stock. Customer does not need immediately. Will return later in week to beginning of next to replace 02/02/18 Replaced compressor and filter drier. Added refrigerant and unit not cools
