Arrived at location on 7/15/22 - The GFI was tripped so I ohmed out the unit, but my meter did not show any continuity to ground. I reset the GFI and the unit came on and began cooling. I noticed the condenser was dirty so I blew it out with nitrogen. The cooler came down to temp and cycled off. The manager told me that they power wash the diamond plate wall which houses the GFI, and I believe that may have been what caused it to trip. She gave me the ok to install an in use weatherproof cover on the GFI to prevent this from happening again.

Arrived at location on 3/25/22 - tested unit to find a blown main fuse. I took the door apart due to it being broken and seen that the latch is broken and needs replaced. As well as the front door insert being cracked. Needs replaced as well. Will order and replace. Returned to location on 4/1/22 - Removed door latch and door to remove insert. Replaced with new parts. Put unit back together and tested and everything was functioning correct. Had customer test unit and is functioning good.

Call Out-Found Walk-In Freezer condenser not running, checked for call and found the lube oil control to compressor was tripped. Reset and unit came on. Checked all wiring and for loose connections found everything okay. Spoke with manager and she explained that they had a power outage Thursday night and that's when they started to notice temp rise. I checked oil level sight glass and refrigerant level switch was okay. This system is working properly

Reach-In Freezer power switch was burned up, so I bypassed it for now and unit began cooling. Will order switch and return. 3/11/19 Unit does not have a plug. it is connected directly to a junction box. I looked for breaker. could not find it. asked manager he stated he does not know. I opened up wire nut. then replaced power switch. put back together. unit is working at this time.

Found Walk-In Cooler unit in defrost. Took unit out of defrost. Temp in box came down. Asked if they had lost power in recent past, she said yes and it was off for four hours. No other problems found. Door was not closing, found hinge loose and tightened. Door is now closing.

Another fuse was blown on Dining Room HVAC System. Replaced with spare on site. Checked both compressors and amps were a little high but temp was 110 on the roof. Also checked condensing fans and they were okay. I suspect fuse got damaged from issues before. Also there were 3 power outages in which main store breaker was tripped.
