Arrived at location on 6/27/22 - Checked over unit and found hi limit to be open as well as the outgoing line being burnt up. Also element had a wire burnt up on it as well. Recommending we replace the limit, tank heater and gaskets for tank lid, tank inlet and heater. Returned to location on 7/7/22 - Returned with parts. Removed defective high limit element and installed new ones. Cut and replaced terminal ends with new. Installed new tank gasket and inlet gasket. Plugged unit in and tested operation. Coffee brewer was pulling 14 amps and cycled off once it hit temp. Ran coffee brewer to test operation and checked for any leaks, all ok.
