arrived, stated oil not returning to any vat. pump motor not running on Gas Fryer. checked unit, motor overload tripped, reset, start motor, does not run, sounds like it is trying, have 120 to motor. bad motor. will order and return. Jeff also mentioned basket rack not secure. nut fell off holding basket rack on second from right vat. found nut, is broken, used nut from far left vat that they do not use. install nut and install basket rack. okay. will return with new motor. 12/20/19 At location with follow up part for fryer filtration system. I removed covers and unwired unbolted and removed bad motor. I the installed and wired new. I then tested filtration system and it's working well.
At location found fryer vat #1 drain valve unable to close. I found this do to a peace of metal stuck in drain. I removed metal and drain valve is now closing. I tested filtration and found motor humming and shutting off on overload. I pulled unit out and removed covers and unbolted pump from motor. I found pump seized and unable to turn. I tested motor and with pump removed it runs just fine. I will order new pump and return to make repairs. 11/25/19 - At location with follow up part for filtration system. I pulled unit out and removed covers. I then unbolted model housing and removed bad filter pump. please note the oil line fittings were very had to remove do to age.i then installed new pump to remove and put unit back together. I tested and unit is working well.
