Arrived at location on 2/7/22 - Removed and replaced gas valve in left oven. Tested. Unit heating. Customer will advise if problem persists.
Upon arrival customer complaints of button not working on front side of Holding Cabinet unit. Need to order 3 Bezels for 3rd 4th and 6th rows. 9/30/20 Removed the three bezels and replaced them. Turned on and tested .
Checked over Blended Ice Machine unit, found wires for motor cut and bare with tape over them. found tape was moved due to spring rubbing on cord. also found from that cord being cut it shorted out the control on rear of right module will need cord and board ordered per manager,Glenn Boyer, order QWP (expedited freight). 6-30-20 Replaced control for right mixer replaced wiring for motor tested okay, closed up unit and had customer use it to test. found drain clogged from sitting so long. cleared drain and retested. found all okay at this time.
Shut off Combi Oven gas and power, replaced valve and module, reassembled and tested, found no gas leaks turned on and heated, brought to operating temperature and let cycle, all okay.
Electric Fryer 2 limit not tripped, found broken wire #1 limit tripped and reset #4 limit tripped broken wire, all are heating at this time
Examined Convection Oven unit, found breaker tripped, and reset, turned on motor - slow to start. Put amp probe on, power feed pulling 35 amp, motor is going bad.
Found unit on and working. Customer stated the open door alarm goes off intermittently. Tried to repeat problem, but could not. All wiring on control board and when door opened and closed unit. Worked each time. Will obtain new door micro switch. 12-11-17 Disassembled and installed new door switch. Reassembled and tested. Switch working. Also, adjusted door on oven.
