Per customer they reset the Steamer wall ground fault receptacle earlier today and has been ok since. I inspected control compartments and found no signs of moisture or loose or damaged wires. Test ok. Advise customer of issues with using GFI receptacles. Also possible week GFI. **non warranty issue**

Found fryer exhaust fan belt broken, so I replaced it with a spare that was in the unit. I checked the griddle exhaust and that belt was badly cracked so I replaced it with one off my truck. The make up air fan motor is seized up, so I will get a price and quote repair.

Found Reach-In Cooler at 80 degrees. Compressor on roof was off. Tapped on the low pressure switch and compressor came on. Tapped again and it turned off. Replaced the low pressure switch. System is now running. Pressures are good. Had customer remove product from cooler so temp would come down faster. Temp control was set too high. Adjusted temp control for 38 degree temp. unit is down to temp.

Found pilot out upon arrival. Unit was just lit to heat up from cold about 15 min prior to re light and monitored temp. Started out about 300 deg , set thermostat @ 350. Heated up and cycled between 345-365 . ok. High limit not tripped. Drained some oil and found a gap between high limit and burner tube. No debris build up. will return tomorrow hopefully around 12:00 PM with high limit and thermostat. Test unit and heating from cold -- Returned and monitored MV DC readings from Hi limit and temperatures during cycling. Also checked air vent on gas valve and found obstruction. This could have caused the problem. Replaced vent tube and monitored readings for 1 1 /2 hrs. Pilot was lit upon arrival and remained lit the whole time. MV readings never went over 4.1 on initial heat up or any cycles temperatures cycled consistently. If problem re occurs call and we will return
