Arrived on ,7-5-23- Pete P-Ran steamer for one hour no issue customer would like a new hi limit ordered. Returned on, 7-12-23- Pete P/Luke A-Replaced hi limit on steamer checked operation working ok!
Found steamer off. Customer stated water was running out in cook cavity. Pulled probes and found they were very scaled up. Cleaned probes and ran plus cycled unit ok.
Pulled heating box from Holding Cabinet unit. Opened box and tested. Found element heating normally but blower motor not working. Checked for voltage to motor and found 120v. Tried to spin by hand and spinning hard. Bad blower motor. Will need to replace. Will order part and return. 9/30/19 Removed faulty blower motor from unit. Installed new blower and hooked up wiring. Ran unit up to temp and calibrated. Unit okay at this time.
