Top convection oven (main kitchen): replaced gas valve on top oven, checked for leaks, ran unit to temp, let cycle, oven working at this time.
Customer said oven door is jamming: Examined Oven Range unit, found hinge broken. Need to quote repairs. Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.
Removed and replaced Combi Oven display board and cable tested, tested operation, tested good
Tested unit after plugging it in. Found that the P2 probe is bad. Allowed unit to cool down to make sure that was the only thing wrong. Will obtain a P2 probe. Unit cooled then unplugged it again. 6-5-17 Found unit located in basement. Disassembled and retrofitted new controller into unit. Reassembled and tested.
Disassembled and cleaned trough, etc. Reassembled, ran ice machine cleaner through unit and sanitized. reassembled and removed all ice from the machine. Discarded 1st batch of ice. 3-23-17 Did clean and sanitize of Scotsman Serial# 197166. Found the evap plating is wearing off evap coil . Also the bin has rusted screws. Advised to budget a new ice machine. Cleaned and sanitized new physical therapy building ice machine. Everything ok. Cleaned and sanitized all in old physical therapy . Serial# R00706J found heat exchange tubes are separating from evap face causing no cubes to form and pump motor is loud. 3-27-17 Ran cleaner thru unit, Anderson kitchen. Disassembled and unblocked manifold and water supply orifices and cleaned the inside the best I could. Drained and rinsed several times. Wiped down bin, sanitized machine and got rid of ice. Drained and rinsed. Allowed unit to make a batch of ice and discarded the ice.
Descaled generator in steamer. Drained and flushed generator. Tested operation. Fully steamed compartment. Tested good.
Examined unit. Found final rinse temp 130*. Booster on. Contactor pulling in when heat light icon on. When light goes out, contactor opening. Unit not calling for heat. All elements heating. Booster reading 130. Final rinse gauge reading 130*. Temp probe in booster good. Will order control board. QWP (expedited freight) 12-1-16 Returned. Waited for customer to finish using dishwasher. Shut off power to unit. Removed and replaced controller. Programmed controller. Tested. Unit getting to set point, cycling. Gauge on d/w reading same as set point. Pressure relief valve bad. Will order and return. Set a few degrees lower so valve won't open. 12-2-16 Returned. Removed and replaced relief valve. Tested. Set temp to 181*. Dishwasher showing 180. Booster cycled, no leaks. Tested good.
Examined unit. (Reach-In Freezer) Door frame heater shorting and getting extremely hot. Will order new heater. Disconnected heater for now. Customer can use. - Returned and emptied and shut down freezer. Removed all side top plates and threshold. dug out some insulation. Installed new frame heater. Drilled new hole for new heaters. Connected heaters, silicon-ed threshold.
