Arrived at location on 4/4/22 - Checked over unit. Found no power to control. Traced back and found 10amp fuse blown. Replaced and tested. Found all ok at this time.
Found JAD Range oven off. Found thermocouple out of socket, had to hose clamp in place. Once in place could not get pilot to stay lit. Found 21mv on thermocouple. Will need to order gas safety valve and thermocouple to lock in. Will order and return. 12/7/20 Removed failed safety valve, found new valve is incorrect size, will need to order correct valve and return to install. 1/4/21 Removed failed safety valve, installed new safety valve, found thermocouple incorrect, installed new thermocouple from truck stock, turned on gas, lit pilots, turned on oven and allowed to heat, tested operations, confirmed unit working correctly at this time. closed pilots for broiler per customer request **Travel Charges Billed on wo#217454**
Metal coil around sprayer hose is broken and needs replaced. 6/12/2020 Removed broken spring from rinse nozzle and replaced.
Dishwasher Contactors are chattering and tripped overload. They were just replaced: 2/17/20 Found unit operating normally when I arrived. Spoke to operator to understand issue. Was told unit tripped overload but after it was reset unit worked normally. Opened top panel, found T2 wire burned off wash tank heater contactor. Contactor badly burned and will need replaced. Checked heating element, found shorting once heated up. Will need replaced. Energized unit and checked operation of wash pump contactor and relay. Found contactor chattering at start up. Will need relay and contactor replaced. Will also need gasket for wash tank heater and wire repaired on contactor. 2-21-20 Replaced contactors and relays. found element to be labeled wrong and is the incorrect will need to order the correct element and return. 2/26/20 Replaced element and gasket. tested found OK with 45amps on each leg to element. closed up unit.
[EMERGENCY CALL OUT]-Found Top Oven unit not turning on when switch is turned on. Found power to unit and switch found fuses okay, found no voltage to burner fuse. Found hi limit tripped inside compartment, reset found to turn on. Allowed to heat to temp found okay. customer believes it was due to crumb tray pointing heat in direction of electrical cavity. Also found bottom cooling fan not operating spoke to customer about replacing. Would like quote for part and labor. Unit is operating at this time.
Found Dishwasher rinse arm bushings worn and missing. Will need rinse arm assembly. 11/14/19 -Installed arm, tested, found okay.
Inspected Hatco booster heater unit for the blow off valve being open, found a faulty valve, replaced the valve and tested the unit, everything's good at this time

I checked operation on Microwave Oven and everything was working except for the rear mag and components. I took the unit apart, replaced faulty components, cleaned debris from guide and vacuumed out cabinet to reduce heat on controls. I checked operation and had staff test the unit out on product. The unit is working fine at this time.
Found Toaster drive motor locked up. Loosened chain, energized motor. Motor still locked with no chain tension. Will order motor and replace. 1-9-19 Removed failed conveyor drive motor and replaced. Energized unit and checked operation. Unit operating normally at this time.
