Examined Kettle unit, customer states unit blew heat transfer fluid from the rear. Found unit cool and in vacuum. Removed control panel cover and inspected, no shorted wires or stuck contactors. Heated unit and observed kettle pressure. Unit set to 230, cycled on and off never exceeding 20psi of pressure even on high. Could not duplicate issue while on site, likely temp controller issue. Part is expensive, don't want to condemn bad part unless sure its bad. Customer will wait and if issue persists, call back.

Checked over Hot Well unit, found power shut off at breaker, tested continuity at power switch, found second pole not closing circuit, parts are NLA for this model, was able to reference a different model with a compatible switch, will need to order new power switch and return to install. unit is currently not functional. 8/28/20 Power off, first 2 wells filled with ice. These are wells on right side, change switch, 2 ends corroded, cut back, test. 40vac at 2 legs 120 on 1, flipped breaker a few times, 205 to 209 across all 3. Found well 2 going to ground, removed panels and insulation, found element wires broken, bottom of wells rotting, wet with what I assumed condensation. Replaced wires, filled wells with water and heated. Wells 1 and 2 leaking at weld for drain, possibly another spot. The hotter it gets the more it leaks. Wells 3 and 4 aren't leaking badly. Advised manager we can quote for new unit Note: they can try them as dry wells, won't hurt anything at this point. Can also
