Found both Steamer compacts working, tested many times. Found pilot needs replaced, unit found in delayed ignition. I did clean pilot and burner top compartment. Will obtain part and replace. 10-12-18 Arrived, turned unit off, replaced pilot assembly. Turned units on, allowed to fill and heat. Both heat well. top compartment has ready light on. Bottom unit ready, light wouldn't come on. Checked and had no power at power switch or door switch, cycled power. Unit started heating again, ready light now comes on. Cycled several times, unable to get problem to occur again. Contacted factory, went through several checks. Unit is operating well at this time. Could potentially have been just a connection issue. Informed customer to call back if happens again.
