Arrived at location on 9/16/22 - Needs door gaskets looked up parts on parts town. Returned on 9/26/22 - Replaced the both torn drawer gaskets and made sure they seal.
Arrived at location on 3/5/22 - Found pilot out on zone 3. Weak readings from thermopile. Replaced thermopile. Tested. Sys ops ok.
Arrived on site and Reach-In freezer was unplugged and at 78 degrees. did a brief visual check before plugging in. Plug unit in and compressor was making an odd noise. Waited for evaporator fans to cycle on and they were not cycling properly. Amped compressor and found it to be running half amps. Compressor is bad and needs to be replaced. located compressor through Meier Supply in Harrisburg and quoted customer $1,850 for new compressor. Owner will decide whether or not they will replace. They also want a quote to replace this unit with a new single door freezer. Hinged on right hand side
Pulled pilot assembly out. Cleaned. Replaced thermocouple complete. Fixed leak at pilot tube at pilot assembly, was loose. Started up, checked LP manifold at 10.16 in WC. okay. Started Bak oven. Tested. okay now. Completed. Completed,
