At location manager stated that oven works but valve knob will not turn. I found knob seized up I lubricated but it still will not turn I will order parts and return to make repairs. 07/29/2019 At location with follow up part for oven. I turned gas off and removed oven knobs 2 of the knobs were stuck on and broke tips off valve. I then replaced bad oven valve and tested unit working well.
Check found wash element dry fired due to faulty float. Will order new float and element assembly, also wash arm lower is shot. Will obtain parts. 1-31-2017 Dave Spoke to Knowledge Learning Center and got the NTE raid to $925.00 and QWP (expedited freight) charges. 2-2-2017 Removed element. I installed new, replaced wash arm bushing and horizontal float. Tested. No leaks. Ran cycle. OK for use. Did notice element is rated for 230 vac and is supplied with 243 v. Pulling 19 amps instead of 16.
