Found BLO oven needs a new thermostat, temperature is off 20 to 50 degrees when running. looked parts up and oven will need a new ssr relay board to correct issue and part is no longer made. will need to convert parts to IQ 2 controller. SEND QUOTE part number BL36742 $5526.00
A lot of steam escaping from door of ACC steamer. Checked vent and drain lines for obstructions. New door gasket installed recently. Checked hinges and door latch and all okay. Found pressure switch bad. Will order part and return. 6/16/2020 Removed faulty pressure switch and installed new one. Tested and still a small amount of steam coming from door but much better than before. Adjusted door and unit steaming normally. Unit okay at this time.
Opened front panel on Disposer. Installed new disconnect and accessories. Installed new solenoid repair kit. Tested unit and working. Solenoid not stopping water. Water running through all the time. Opened solenoid and made sure together correctly. Tested and found 24v to coil when turned on. Will need to replace solenoid coil. Will order and return. 2-20-19 Had to remove inlet water solenoid valve and install new valve and coil due to old valve housing was worn and would not keep water from flowing when unit was powered down.
Booster Heater temp gauge ordered, will not work. Need smaller thread size. Also probe at bottom too long for pipe, will get correct gauge. 12/10/18 Removed faulty booster gauge. Plumbed in new gauge with fittings. Ran unit and set booster tstat to proper temp. Tested and okay at this time.
