Arrived at location on 3/8/22 - Found wrong element, called Alto -Shaam spoke with Jamie he said right part number wrong element. He said reorder and get return slip for element. Returned to location on 3/16/22 - Removed and replaced heating element fully heated oven tested good.
Arrived at location on 5/7/21 to examine Holding Cabinet. Found 243v blower was not spinning. Spun by hand and it began to spin. Determined that the blower motor is bad. Customer looking to replace unit with new altoshaam. The wheel was rubbing, shimmed motor to stop noise.
examined Holding Cabinet unit upstairs next to fryer. both cooling fans bad. customer stated they only use hold mode so they would only like 1 motor replaced. will order part and return. 11/27/19 returned for service, removed and replaced motor, tested good all so check calibration on two ovens for customer
examined Combi oven unit, found found two of six thermocouple bad in meat probe causing problem will order part and return. 7/5/19 Removed and replaced meat probe, tested operation, tested good
Examined unit, not heating completely. checked amp draw on right side element (looking at unit from front), .1A -.2A. determined that element is bad, 240v at connector. needs new element 1=851800-819= element. 10-23-18 Returned and replaced element on right side from front of unit, tested okay.
Found have service 43 coming up in wash cycle. Need triple solenoid and water flow sensor. Will order and return. 4/3/18 Returned and replaced triple solenoid. Tested, found hose for orange solenoid split, hose in bad condition. Went and got parts local and repaired. Put into long cycle clean mode to see if service 43 comes back, did not come up. Aborted clean cycle and tested in cooking mode, tested okay.
