Arrived at location 8/17/22 - Checked over unit. Found 20amp fuse blown. Replaced and tested. Found amp draw slow to rise. Pulled and checked each component and found all ok per spec in manual. Called and spoke with Roy at turbochef and after being on hold awhile found issue is in the k1/kw relays. Will order and return. Unit is running at this time but will go down in the near future. Returned to location on 8/22/22 - Replaced both relays and tested. Found all ok at this time.
Arrived at location on 6/11/21. Checked over unit, found IR set to 2439F, set to 1000F, customer requested directions to set IR if issue happens again, wrote down instructions and showed manager, let unit heat up, tested operations, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.
