UPON ARRIVAL FOUND Reach-In Freezer EVAPORATOR ICED UP. Inspected why this was and found the evaporator fan motor not running. Upon inspection the wires to the evaporator motor were shorted. The wires were spliced and insulated. FOUND THAT THE RELAY MODULE WAS GETTING CORRECT INPUT VOLTAGE BUT THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE WAS INCORRECT. The wire was jumppered to confirm the status of evap motor, it works when 120v is applied, jumper was removed and we need to return with relay module. Customer would like part QWP. 7/10/20 Upon arrival unit was off and defrosted. The relay module was replaced and it is confirmed that the evaporator motor is running. Customer says they will clean condensor. Unit temperature is dropping customer Will wait to put product in and will call if it does not drop past 0.
