Arrived at location on 12/6/22 - Checked out unit and found that the temp was set for 325 degrees and the unit was cycling higher than the set point. Unit was cycling between 340 to 350. also while checking found that the door catches where not allowing the door to come open. Talked to Marty and he said to order everything and come on Friday even if the parts come in early. Returned to location on 12/12/22 - Returned with parts. removed old door catches and temp probe. Installed new temp probe and door catches. Checked operation by calibrating temp and adjusting door catches. All operation ok. Door strikers were not the right ones. Will return to stock, was able to get the old ones to work.
Remove Exhaust Fan existing failed motor and installed new motor. Used existing shaft pulley. Verified that rotation was correct and unit was operating properly. Complete
Supply and install Southbend gas range
Found ice bin completely full of water and drain line clogged, blew out drain line with co2 gun and cleared drain line, ice bin is draining properly at this time
Per customer the Steamer unit is not heating. when I check the unit, it keep filling and never stop filling therefore the light on the board is still showing fill. cleaned the water probe and the unit is going in to heat mode and it's heating and steaming. talked to customer and let him know that he can use the unit but we are still going to order new probe and return. also advised customer to replace water filter since they haven't been replaced in more than 6 months. he want us to order water filter and come back to put them in. 9/11/19 Replaced filter and scale stick, replaced probes, tested, sys ops, okay.
Replaced Plate Heater/Dispenser motor, adjusted to proper rotation direction. Found a few springs on bottom of unit, reconnected springs. tested sys ops okay.
