FRY Fryer-Gas Left Vat he said had probe code. Center vat he said had probe, help and popping noise. Right vat he said had popping noise too. Found insulation on top of center vat fan. Checked manifold pressure center vat, at 3.1" WC. Ohmed center vat probe, showed ok. Customer said he already pulled and cleaned fans. Recommend replace the 3 relays. Also need to pull fryer out, inspect IR heaters and flues. Only have 2.0 micro amps at modules. should be 2.5 to 3.5. Incoming gas should be 6" to 14" WC. Pin 13 and 14 to ohm probe. 6 and 2 on board. Will order relays. Scheduled for Monday at 8 am. 717-332-1472 Jack. 1/18/21 Replaced the 3 heat relays. Pulled rear covers and inspected so 6 burners. Not cracked. Air Leaking at rear burner covers. Needs insulation for rear burner covers. Also needs new ignitors for right vat only. Will create new work order to order parts.
upper spindle on Dishwasher is bent, will need to order, ran unit, tested okay 8/30/19 Removed damaged rinse arm. Installed new rinse arm. Tested. No further problems.
tested unit found out of a vacuum found pressure gauge leaking resealed tested unit put in a vacuum unit now ok will need to order new green heat light due to burnt out. 4/19/18 Installed new green heat light, light will not come on, checked light, light is ok. getting no power from temp control. had to disconnect power to unit pull out control panel and checked wires from temp control to green light. ohmed out wires to light all ok tighten connection, light is now working. put unit back together, tested working ok
Found kettle not in a vacuum, heated up and checked for leaks were none, put unit in a vacuum
Cleveland Kettle Tech - Low water light on, added distilled water supplied by Customer, brought up to temp, vented kettle, tested okay
