Arrived at location on 4/25/22 - Unit needs new contactor single phase (220 v) -dismantle old contactor - replace and re-wire new contactor - test run and observe unit -unit operational.
Arrived at location on 4/4/22 - performed preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment cooking equipment and ice machines. Removed all removable parts from water side of ice machine cleaned and sanitized all parts, ice machine head and bin. Put all parts back in place and ran clean cycles let unit make ice. Cooking equipment checked temps blower motors door gaskets and pressure locks cleaned cooling fans and air intakes checked gas pressure amp draw on electric cooking equipment. Refrigeration equipment cleaned condensing coils on reach in coolers placed filter material in front of condensing coils checked door gaskets hinges temps condensate drains electrical components and made sure units were cycling properly. Will need to return to finish pm. all gas equipment is propane gas and had to turn gas on and get a lot of cooking equipment lit to test it. Will need to finish walkin coolers and freezer and other ice machine. Returned to location on 4/5/22 - Returned to finish pre
At location manager stated that staff stated that last night they saw a spark at motor of Dishwasher, she also stated that they have been using it today and have had no issue at all. I checked over unit did find contactor sparking and vacuum breaker leaking. I will order parts and return to make repairs. 9/4/19 installed new contactor. tested unit. unit OK for use.
