examined Combi Oven unit found in potato program oven heating to set temp but not counting down check meat probe tested good activated meat probe still not counting down oven has 8.6 software in it called Rational spoke with Roma he said might be glitch in software because timer does work when cooking will return and put new software in oven if it does not solve problem replace board. 6/24/20 Installed new software did not solve problem will have to try replacing board customer will let tech know due to cost of board and unit otherwise working correctly.
