Motor is located in the back of the unit, no room to get behind. Will need 2 1 1/2in fernco fittings and sawzall and Jack with wood cradle. Checked part number, motor is wash pump motor for different unit. Will need to order 6105-121-70-56. Customer wants to be called to set up, preferably on a Wednesday after breakfast. 11/13/19 Removed and replaced prewash motor, gasket and seal. tested unit. Found Convection Oven temp probe wires chewed up, temp board also overheated from being between range and oven. 115 going to board, nothing going out from relay. Bypassed relay to test, unit fired and heated. Set back to normal. Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out work order.
Examined Syeamer unit, bottom compartment has no power. checked for power at j7 connector, followed wire, found 2 molex connectors unplugged. plugged in, unit filled and steams.
Examined Esspresso Machine unit, right side touch buttons working - removed panel, made sure ribbon cable plugged in. Okay, will order part 1=04900738= touch button circuit board. 10-18-18 Removed old touch pad, new touch pad only has 5 buttons. Needs 6 button control, put old board back in. Will order and return 1=04900744=touchpad ** No charge per Service Manager 11-6-18 Removed and replaced right side touch bar, reassembled and tested, all okay.
Checked the Grill unit and found the rear left leg broken. Tried to look for a part number for the 6 inch leg but could not find the exact model number. Called Harrisburg and talked to parts. NOTE; Part number VHL425246-01 -- 1 leg ($246.20) 8-31-18 Removed the old leg in the left rear of the unit and installed the new leg. Leveled them out.
Opened fryer gas door and lit fryer, Pilot is good when in main flame the flame looks like a candle flame, low gas pressure. Could only check outgoing gas pressure and did not register a reading on the manometer. Fryers are connected to trailer wall and could not move fryer to be able to get to shut off for fryer. Only way to check incoming would be to shut down trailer. This appears to be a gas pressure problem. 7/11/18 Found that no tanks were connected to the trailer. Had some connected. Lit the fryer pilot. It was strong but when the burner valve opened there was hardly any gas to the burners and the pilot flame dropped down. The gas pressure was nose diving to 2 inches wc. There was no good line taps on the fryers so I put a line tap on a piece of equipment across the trailer. The inlet pressure was 12inches of wc. Checked the two burner range on the same side as the fryers and had. low gas pressure. Found the Ansul systems valve was partly closed. Pulled it open and the
Examined unit. Pulled the cover to the float switch, once again covered in a resin like substance, same as last time. Once I cleaned the float off it worked properly. Drained and filled the unit 3 times and each time filling properly and turning off when clean float makes contact.
