Found CLE Steamer unit on but not steaming. Removed side panel and found sight-glass float not filled and water running down drain. Removed drain valve solenoid and installed one from van. Valve still not closing. Tore apart drain valve and found rust build up stopping valve. Worked valve till sliding more free. Tested and now closing. Let fill and began heating and steaming. Also found issue with timer. When gets down to 5 minutes starts sending erratic voltage to condensate valve opening and closing very fast. Recommend replacing drain valve and timer. Customer will need quote sent to okay repair. 106524 drain valve - 20476 timer
Reach-In Freezer unit off upon arrival, turned on unit, after start delay condenser and evaporator fans running, compressor not starting, amp draw at compressor is above LRA rating at 56A, compressor continued to try to start, compressor is locked and will need to be replaced, unit is currently down. Will quote.
