Tested the CLE Kettle Unit incoming gas pressure and it is moving around a lot. As low as 6.90 " to 10.5 " wc . Took A 30 second video of incoming pressure and showed it to Iris and Glen in maintenance. Glen will have the regulator in the boiler room looked at again. Something is not controlling the pressure to the kettles. Tested the manifold pressure and adjusted it down so it didn't go over 3.8 the lowest I can get it. Manifold pressure as low a 1.1 to 3.8 " wc now . Ran the boiler and the pressure relief valve started to open at 13.5 Psi and burner didn't shut off. Found the operating pressure switch was adjusted to hi. Lower it to operate between 7 and 10 psi and allow it to cycle many many times without fail. Had water in the kettles and both come to a boil. Unit ok and in service. No other problems . In service. CUSTOMER TO CHECK OR REPLACE MAIN REGULATOR
