Found Reach-In Cooler Right door closer spring broken door not closing properly. Will order replacement hardware. 8/15/19 Found- Parts provided Door closer expected to be upgrade does not fit. Spoke with Sandy in True parts was given wrong part number for torsion rod. Will order correct part. Removed door gaskets heated and reinstalled. Will need torsion rod for door to seal properly. ***No charge per service manager 8/29/19 Follow up - Replaced Door spring kit hardware while tensioning spring found bottom catch for spring broken not allowing spring to tension this is a non replaceable part door would need replaced. Manager said they do not need replaced at this time door gaskets are sealing properly.
