Arrived at location on 6/28/21 - Checked in with MOD. Customer complained evaporator fan motor not working. Checked voltage to motor and found voltage present and fan not working. Recommend replacing fan motor. Will send estimate to replace. Further diagnostic may be required at that time. Returned to location on 7/9/21 - Checked in with MOD. Removed and replaced evaporator fan motor and blade. Ran and tested. Unit made temp and working properly at this time.
Checked and found valve stem on Bakers Pride grill broken. removed old valve and replaced with a new one. tested for leaks,none present. turned on and lit. unit operational job complete. lit all pilots for range and fryer due to turning gas off to all.
