Checked MDM Convection Oven unit and found not lighting. removed burner and checked ignitor, ok, powered unit on and spark was good on ignitor. turned gas on and tested. found no flame to pilot. checked gas pressure, unit would cycle and gas would show 4-5 in wc and drop out. went and picked up gas valve and returned and installed new valve. tested operation, no gas pressure so checked wiring, ok. tested voltage to module and had 28 v. checked voltage out of module, found it would show 24 v and drop out. will need new module. 3/6/21 Returned with module and gas valve. removed old module and defective gas valve and installed new module and gas valve. checked operation and set gas to 3.5 in wc. tested oven for all operation ok. also found that the conveyor belt adjuster need replaced will quote repairs.
Checked out Blended Ice Machine unit and found that left blender shaft not turning. pulled shaft out and found that bearings were locked up. installed new lower blender assembly and checked operation and all drains, okay.
checked out Disposer unit and found that the unit was jammed. was able to un-jam the unit. checked operation and unit working okay. ****Not a warranty issue
Found bad evaporator fan motor on Walk-In Freezer, Replaced with truck stock, System is working properly.
removed Dishwasher wash motor and replaced motor pump and seals. removed rinse motor, replaced pump and seals. tested. both pumps leaked at pump seals. Greg arrived. removed, checked everything, silicone and resealed. tested. sys ops okay.
Came in and had to get a dolly to move the old Ovens out and moved the new ones in. Hooked up gas line and had to switch gas line ends around, they had the wrong end on the main gas line so fixed that and checked operation, okay.
Found Prep Table compressor overload stuck open. Replaced it and the start cap with a 3 in 1 start kit and then checked compressor amp draw. Amp draw was normal and unit is now dropping temp.
Found vacuum line from cavity to vacuum pump lose. Re-secured connection & found vacuum pump sounds like bearings are going out. Spoke with Daniel at Accutemp. Vacuum pump will need replaced. Pump is $825.33. Will take approximately 4 days. Need to submit quote for approval. Sissy.Mitchell@funsltc.com.
Removed front panel on unit & let it fill. Found unit is leaking at booster heater around elements. Per Travis, order element QWP (Expedited Freight). mileage and travel on work order #147773 for 12/19/17 12/20/17 Returned with parts drain booster heater and removed element. found element split apart and booster tank had lime and sediment in it. Cleaned out booster best that I could. Installed new element and seal. Tested unit. All 3 legs had 27 amp draw. All okay.
Unit working upon arrival. checked probe connections & continuity, good. Reworked ground connection. Reassembled & tested. Calling for water. Jumped out probes to ground, didn't change. Board is bad & will need replaced. Pt# AT0E-3230-1 $174.46. Labor & part all together approx $550-$600. Would like written quote sent to Anthony.Petrone@undltc.com 10/18/17 Installed new board and drained water. Cleaned probes and filled up. Checked operation
Checked and found lighting off but not sensing flame on Convection Oven. Pulled flame sensor. Cleaned and unit now working. Advised to call if any problems mileage and travel on work order #134908
Found unit (SAL Disposer) seized up. Already dropped out of sink. Tried to break free. Traced around unit with a screw driver and could not find any obstructions. Removed nut and tried to pull blade up. Motor seized. Will send quote on new unit.
Randell Prep Table Tech- Found condenser fan motor dropping out at times. went and picked up fan motor. Returned and installed as needed at customer's request.
