Arrived at location on 11/10/21 - Examined unit. Booster unit on and working. Wash temp 170, rinse 184. Ran multiple racks through and temp dropped after about 15 racks. Pressure too high water temp too cold. Dale will replace the pressure reducing valve and run hot water before using machine to get 120 degree water up to temp before using. Booster pulling 48a per leg, cycling properly. Machine is working properly otherwise.

The customer said that the Walk-In Cooler unit would freeze things, then not turn on until 45 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit sometimes. Replaced the temperature control. While testing got a little bit of oil on my finger when the flare nut on the compressor was wiped. Got gauges and a leak detector. Had about 12 psi on the suction side. Leak tested the fitting but found no leaks. Did add about one once of hot shot generation two. Adjusted the thermostat to open at 34 degrees Fahrenheit and it closes at 39 degrees Fahrenheit coil temperature. The customer can adjust the temperature control to whatever temperature they want to keep the product at.
