Replaced the CLE Steamer pilot and safety and t-couple. I checked ops. OK ready to use.
Took call while on site. customer stated Steamer unit is leaking steam around door turned on and found door is leaking a lot. checked condensate valve and 120v when sure cook light was off. pulled line and checked spray nozzle and was clear. checked cavity and found drain very clogged with seasonings. broke apart and removed and flushed out drain. adjusted door gasket and springs. unit no longer leaks around door. OK for use.
Right side of grill is not staying lit.: tested machine. found thermocouple to be in poor condition, replaced thermocouple, tested unit and the pilot now stays lit. unit OK for use.
Found Fryer unit wouldn't start. pulled cover off and tried to fill unit. unit would not fill, noticed water going right down drain. removed drain valve and found clogged with scale. did clean drain valve. while drain valve was apart found boiler had severe built up with scale. did try to clean so unit would at least fill. was able to get it to fill and light. did try flushing unit. made customer aware unit may get clogged again. Will quote replacement of boiler and drain valve. unit is okay for use at this time.
