Arrived at location on 4/18/23 - I arrive on site and Alexed show me the unit. I cleaned the burners and replaced the flame sensor. After putting the unit back together and running the unit, it came up to temperature. I checked the flame current. 3.8- good oven temperature within 25 degrees. The unit is in service and job is complete.

2/3/21 Oven is off. Checked fuses. All ok. Turn on and E101 Magnetron Failed is displayed. Checked filter. Was dirty. Cleaned and put filter back in. Unplugged oven and removed back and side panels. Check both mag filaments and stats. All ok. Removed mags from wave guides. Antennas are ok and no burn marks or discoloration. Checked waveguides and they are not contaminated. Put mags back on. Checked transformers. Both ok. Getting good readings. Caps and diodes are ok. Plug in and turn on in diagnostic mode. Ran each mag individually and got 8 amps/mag. Ran both mags together and getting 16 amps. Exited visual view and turned on oven to preheat. Heated to set temp of 525°. Came out of preheat. Had customer run product through. Came out ok. Getting 16 amps during microwave cycle. No errors are displayed. Cannot duplicate failure. Most likely dirty filter caused issue. Back in service.

Checked ISE Disposer unit wasn't hooked to sink but was hooked to power. looked inside and plate didn't move by hand. searched for obstruction in teeth. did not find any thing that would make plate not spin. put socket on plate nut and I did get it to spin some but it was very hard. turned power on and turned on. tripped thermal over load. motor is seized and top bearings grinding when I spun by hand. cost of repair exceeds value of unit. Unit has been down for some time now per Carol. unit is down and needs replaced. we will quote them a new unit installed.

Arrived on site to check Groen steamer. Customer said unit would intermittently shut down and would have to restart unit. Brought steamer into operation but, could not duplicate customers problem with unit. Did find operating pressure pushing hi limit pressure of 15psi at 14.5psi. Also found air vent not closing and seating properly, allowing steam to drain allows flowing. Removed water level probes and found heavily corroded, cleaned as best as possible. Operating pressure is varying between 10 and 14.5 psi. Tried adjusting operating pressure switch with no response, Pressure not changing, will obtain new probes, pressure switch and air vent, return and replace. steamer in service
