Found filter motor humming then tripping on Gas Fryer, removed pump end, inspected pump found okay. Ran motor with no pump found to trip. Found motor bad. Replaced motor tested found okay. Checked for leaks found none filtered vats. Unit is operating correctly at this time.
Found unit would not heat and not displaying errors. Upon checking found fuse on interface board blown jumped out and unit heated. Also has burnt fuse. Module is the cause for fuse to blow. Will need fuse, relay and module. Got an inline fuse and installed it temporary to get unit running, found unit heats good at this time. 2/26/18 Installed module, relay and fuse. Tested okay, customer will keep an eye on unit and let us know.
Checked unit found needs door switch and latch, spoke to Dave at factory, obtained part numbers, will obtain parts and return to replace. 12-27-17 replaced switch assembly and latch, tested, found okay and safe to use at this time. Travel charges billed on wo# 147447
