Obtained required filter stats for electric Fryer. looked over unit, inspected filter pan found no issues filtered each vat found no issues with oil returning. spoke to manager said usually happens in afternoon could be due to excess crumb build up. Found oil dripping from right side rail of filter pan, inspected further found oil splashes up from crumb tray during filtering causing oil to catch on rail and eventually drip. Spoke to Herbert at manufacture described issue and sent video and pictures he said he will send to engineering and problem, is known but have no fix at this time. Mentioned replacing crumb tray with tray with larger holes to Herbert and customer. Unit is operating correctly at this time. ***Warranty claim denied -- Per Frymaster, this is not a warranty issue. Excess build up of crumbs is not warranty.***
I removed and replaced the Southbend Range right flat top spark ignitor that was not working. Then replaced the one for the oven too. Then checked operation and everything is working fine at this time....
