Arrived at location on 11/15/22 - Installed new parts that were ordered. Verified all operation and unit working good at this time.
Checked out Combi Oven unit and found the unit had lime in the drain line so drained the unit and pulled the probe out and checked. There was a little lime in the drain tube and no lime in the unit so put the gasket in the unit for spares and checked operation, okay.
