Arrived at location on 7/14/22 - May need pressure regulator(60 psi) and back flow preventer. 1 1/2” drain needs to be vented. Floor drain is accessible from unit installation site. Cold water supply for condenser 3/8” IPS. Cold water supply for generator and water injection 3/8” IPS. Pictures attached. Returned to location on 8/23/22 - Removed two Cleveland steamers to outside. School installed new Cleveland steamer hook up water, Power and sweated drain on steamer tested operation tested good.

Examined Dishwasher unit, vacuum breaker bad will need to cut 2 pipes will return with parts. 10/19/20 Removed and replaced vacuum breaker. tested. good to go

customer stated they turned the Steamer unit on/off several times, would not heat, orange light would come on, opened right side, turned unit on, filled and heated for me, started asking more questions, they did not hear the heating contactor engage, this would mean that the hold temp probe or timer interrupted this operation Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.

Examined Hot Well unit and found unit unplugged. Checked bare wires, overheated, or shorts to ground. Found hi limit bad and indicator light broken. Will order parts needed. Struggled taking unit apart and back together. Last well on right cannot be used. 9-25-19 Returned and installed a new hi limit and pilot light and tested.

Found the Market Forge steamer unit on. Had to drain boiler. Removed the old top left heating element and installed a new heating element. Reassembled and tested.

Checked and could not bend the pex tubing sharp enough. Need 4 ninth degree elbows and need 1.5 inch drain piping. 4.5 inches from the wall and 28 inches down. ** No charge per Service Manager due to incorrect parts 2/21/18 Ran a new drain from the unit to a floor drain. Had disconnect the steamer and table next to it and move out of the way to do the work. Ran new water lines to the steamer. Tested the unit for operation and did the start up.

Removed steam lines to both kettles. Removed both kettles, replaced o'rings and retainer clips. reassembled with new nuts and washers. Finished assembly and tested. Found leak on elbow far right side. Replaced elbow with one provided by customer. Reassembled and tested.
