Arrived. Oven unit was off. turned on and noticed display would randomly read open. dropped cover and found wires to 3 way switch burnt up. did replace switch and burnt wires. ohmed out both t couples and had similar resistance readings. did find terminals on controller are very brittle. ran unit and seems to be functioning but will likely fail again. will quote t couples and controller replacement. OK for use until we return. monitored unit and manager stated it seemed like the bottom of the pizza is still under cooking. did check temps and seems to be the same as the bottom. noticed lower fingers look clogged. advised customer to tear down and clean and see if it gets better.
