Arrived on site and inspected top Oven unit. thermostat needs replacement and found loose gas connection to quick connect. made proper connection for gas. customer approved ordering of replacement parts. will obtain and return. 1/22/20 Arrived on site and installed replacement thermostat. tested unit OK for use
Checked, found top plate shaft worn with grooves. Doesn't slide through lid because of bad bearings. Will order parts and return. 2-11-2017 Called Ken at site and gave estimate for repair of $2773.30. He has not called back to approve yet. 3-2-2017 Close call. Customer not repairing unit.
Checked and found unit (Panini Grill) with error 6 displayed. Customer would like me to take unit to shop for repairs. Found ss switch is always open causing error #6. Need to order a new switch. Cleaned entire grill including back stain on glass. Replaced fuse on controller with spare for use. Removed failed reed switch. Replaced with new. Tested. OK for use. Called Harrisburg and had a total bill added up and gave to Ken so he can get a PO # started. Dropped of repaired grill.
