Found Garland oven top unit running, waited for product to finish. Looked over unit, found ignitor has wire, wire butted. Found intermittently unit will reach temp and won't turn back on to initiate heating when needed. Will order new temp control, temp probe, and ignitor and return to replace. 12/4/19 Removed defective temperature board, removed defective potentiometer, installed new potentiometer, installed new temperature board, removed burner assembly, removed pilot assembly, installed new pilot assembly, reinstalled burner assembly, turned on unit, allowed unit to heat, calibrated thermostat, allowed unit to go through multiple heating cycles, tested operations, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.
